Youth - Work Experience Registration

What to expect

Gwent Wildlife Trust is offering one‑week work experience placements for secondary school students. Two placement weeks are available.

  • 22 - 26 June 2026
  • 6 - 10 July 2026

Each placement includes a mix of office tasks and nature reserve activities, providing a broad introduction to working in the nature conservation sector. The working day runs 9:00 to 16:30, starting and finishing at GWT Headquarters, Mamhilad Park Estate, near Pontypool.

Unfortunately, placements cannot be offered outside the dates provided.
