Chair’s official welcome, notices and thanks

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of the 2025 AGM and matters arising.
3. To receive the Trustees Annual Report of the charity for the year ended 31st March 2026.
4. To receive the Annual Accounts of the charity for the year ended 31st March 2026.
5. To re-appoint Menzies LP as auditors of the charity to hold office until the conclusion of the next General Meeting at which the accounts are laid before the charity.
6. To elect new trustees to the Gwent Wildlife Trust board.
7. To introduce observer Trustees and the elected officers of the Board of Trustees as well as Patron, President/Vice Presidents.

Members will be asked to vote to accept items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 above.
