Rydyn ni eisiau canolbwyntio ein hymdrechion ar gefnogi a grymuso cymunedau ac unigolion i gymryd camau gweithredu dros fyd natur yn eu hardal leol. Rydyn ni eisiau helpu i greu cymunedau gwydn yng Ngwent. Rydyn ni’n cynnig pob math o ffyrdd y gallwch chi ddysgu a chymryd rhan mewn camau gweithredu i ddiogelu bywyd gwyllt lleol: gan gynnwys teithiau cerdded, sgyrsiau, hyfforddiant, digwyddiadau rhwydweithio a gwirfoddoli yn seiliedig ar sgyrsiau rydyn ni wedi’u cael gyda gwahanol gymunedau.
