Mae tîm Sefyll Dros Natur Ymddiriedolaeth Natur Gwent yn chwilio am bobl ifanc (9 i 24 oed) o bob cefndir sydd eisiau gweithredu dros newid yn yr hinsawdd yng Nghaerdydd, Casnewydd a Blaenau Gwent.
