To make an informed decision on possible biodiversity impacts you will need the best possible information on:

Biodiversity interest at the site:

This may be available from:

  • Countryside Council for Wales.

  • The Wildlife Trust or its local groups.

  • Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

  • Ornithological Societies.

  • County Recorders.

  • Local Biological Records Centres (from 2005).

  • Other amateur naturalist groups.

The full scope of the development:

View the submitted plans (available at the Local Planning Authority headquarters and One Stop Shops.)

If possible obtain or consult the following:

  • Environmental impact assessments.

  • The Local Planning Authority’s case officer’s view and / or report.

  • Information on ‘conditions’ to be imposed by the Local Planning Authority.
